As a local, we dine here frequently & absolutely LOVE Vallarta’s! My personal favorite dish is their quesabirria tacos, they are to die for! They recently remodeled their restaurant, it is beautiful inside & the quality of their service & food has not wavered since reopening. Their margaritas are strong but delicious, I love that they offer a wide variety of flavors including different Margarita flight options. Highly recommend checking them out!

Absolutely phenomenal food! There may be a million Mexican restaurants out there, but very few have cooks who truly know how to use spices and peppers—this place is the real deal. So much Mexican food can be bland, but that’s definitely not the case here. The birria tacos with beef dipping sauce might be one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. The charro beans are flavorful and comforting, and even the rice is perfectly cooked and seasoned—no afterthoughts on this plate! This was my second visit. I held off on reviewing the first time just in case it was a fluke. It wasn’t. Consistently excellent. Well done to everyone who works here—you’ve earned a loyal customer
